Let the show begin. Every Christmas London's luxury stores and most famous streets create pure aesthetic fantasy to entertain us. Stories are developed to draw our attention and dazzling emotional flashes are concocted to attract us, creating subconscious connections and desires. However, this year I'm relocating 50% of my Christmas focus to the Internet. With the global meltdown, conspicuous consumption seems slightly grotesque but shopping on the www is an intimate and private affair. I've been testing this concept successfully so far. Clicking away to experience my newly expanded virtual retail horizon. I even came across several visuals I found quite jazzy and casual at 'La Garçonne'. The clothes work, they're flattering and just a little bit unexpected mixing girly sexy rhythms with a boyish looseness. These are genuinely exciting look presenting a vision that is efficient and attractive, adopted to the rigors of modern life. I suppose I should now turn my attention to something else before my fascination with these items turn into reality with a simple click of the mouse. I'm feeling the pressure!
