The last image reminds me of one of the most gorgeous pieces of artwork by a lesser known American man in the early 1900's... I am completely blanking on his name, but the piece is (or was) at Lost Art Salon in SF. It's charcoal on black paper, and depicts the Eiffel Tower at night. Haunting. Thanks for sharing.
